Marino is a cinematographer from Vitoria-Gazteiz, Spain, currently based in Madrid.

He started filming music videos when he was really young of different bands from his city. Ever since, his career has moved towards comercials and narrative.

In 2017 he shoot his first documentary film “Volar” as director of photography. The premier took place at the “Zinemaldi Festival de Cine de San Sebastian» and the film was awarded at the “Annual CPH Film Festival 2019” with the best foreign documentary.

His short film «Polvo Somos», directed by Estibaliz Urresola, won the Audience Biznaga de Plata Award Festival de Málaga 24 and was selected in the  Short List of 36 edition of Goya Awards.

In 2022 he shot his first feature film «21 Paraiso», directed by Nestor Ruiz Medina. In addiction, the short film «Chaval» is nominated for 37 edition of Goya Awards.


He has worked for brands and companies like Amazon, Movistar+, Samsung, Budwaiser, Sony, Universal and Warner Music, Oxfam Intermon or Orbea. At the same time that he has been working in his own country, he has been doing some projects in other countries like Mexico, USA, Canada, France and Portugal.
